Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some products may take slightly longer depending on the supplier, with processing times up to 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Orders: Delivered within 5–10 business days.
Products shipped by suppliers: Delivery may take up to 12 business days depending on stock availability and location.
Express shipping: If available, you may choose faster shipping during checkout for certain products.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on supplier stock and courier availability.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Track your package through the courier for real-time delivery updates.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact us at support@incuddle.com.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom.
International orders are not accepted at this time.
For some couriers, P.O. boxes are not supported. Please provide a valid street address.

Delivery Issues

Lost or damaged items: Contact support@incuddle.com immediately. We will coordinate with the supplier and courier to resolve any issues.
Delayed deliveries: Occasionally, weather, public holidays, or supplier delays may affect delivery times. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Packaging

Products are shipped directly from suppliers, securely packaged to protect your items.
Wherever possible, eco-friendly packaging is used to reduce environmental impact.
