Refund policy

At InCuddle, we want you and your baby to be happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer a clear and fair returns and refunds process for all our products.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products that are damaged during shipping or received incorrectly are also eligible for a full refund or replacement.

⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, baby wipes, toothbrushes, oral care items, and personal care products cannot be returned if opened.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@incuddle.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we can arrange an exchange for the same product at no additional cost.
Please contact us promptly at support@incuddle.com to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Take a photo of the item and packaging.
- Contact support@incuddle.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
